The Period Project

The Period Project is a street outreach group that uses private donations to provide homeless women with free hygiene kits, usually in the form of clear plastic bags stuffed with tampons, pads, wet wipes, etc. Given DPOM's strong ties to the female community, we thought this would be an excellent community outreach activity.

So for July, August, and September, at any mom night, members can bring donations for The Period Project.
